Realistic Limitations & What Is Not Covered
Pressure washing and gutter cleaning restore appearance and hydraulic capacity, but they cannot reverse structural decay or manufacturing defects. To maintain complete clarity, our warranty does not cover:

- Deep Oil & Motor Stains: Petroleum oils that have penetrated deep into unsealed concrete pores for several years will lighten significantly with hot chemical pretreatments, but permanent sub-surface shadowing may remain.
- Pre-Existing Vinyl Oxidation: Sun-damaged, chalked vinyl siding may display natural color variation once green algae is lifted. This is UV pigment failure, not residual mildew.
